The questions are actually a complex, meaty algorithm that determine the ingredients for the sausage recipe. Spicy or mild, sweet or savory, made with chicken, beef, or pork, featuring fruits or veggies, there are so many possibilities, but only one sausage that will bear your name.
Once the questionnaires have been gathered and converted to recipes they will be posted on the Sausage Portrait blog. During the Open Engagement conference a well-rounded selection of recipes will be chosen for a sausage making demonstration and tasting party at Disjecta on 5/16.
